The AS168X-ACBS2 is a signal contact module for thermal-magnetic circuit breakers, designed to actuate a normally open or normally closed contact in response to a fault condition at the protected poles. It mounts on a 35 mm DIN rail, has a front-side degree of protection of IP20, and operates within an ambient temperature range of -20 °C to 60 °C. The contact is rated for AC 277 V at 6 A and DC 125 V at 1 A, with endurance of 6000 switching cycles under AC 26 A / 2.6 A conditions. It complies with IEC 60947-5-1, UL 508, and CSA C22.2 standards, and meets RoHS and REACH directives. The module weighs 22-49 g and has a dielectric strength exceeding 2 kV at 50 Hz. Its contacts are synchronized with the protected poles and are not operated manually.
