The Power Entry Module with Filter, M5, C14, 6A is designed for panel mounting and features a screw-on installation from the front side. It includes a fuseholder that accommodates 1- or 2-pole fuses of sizes 5x20 mm or 6.3x32 mm, and offers an optional voltage selector with a three-position step switch. The module is rated for a maximum current of 6A at 250VAC and is suitable for appliances with protection class I according to IEC standards. This product is equipped with quick connect terminals measuring 4.8 x 0.8 mm and is fully potted for enhanced durability. It has a leakage current specification of less than 0.5 mA for standard applications and less than 5 ¬µA for medical applications. The dielectric strength exceeds 1.7 kVDC between line and neutral, and 2.7 kVDC between line/neutral and protective earth. The module operates within a temperature range of -25 ¬8C to 85 ¬8C and has an IP protection rating of IP 40 from the front side. It is compliant with various safety standards, including VDE and UL certifications, making it suitable for both standard and medical applications. The product also features a V-Lock cord retaining system to prevent accidental disconnection of the power cord.
