The ZALVB3 is a green light module with an integrated protected LED for use in XB5 pushbutton and indicator units with a 22 mm diameter, designed for panel mounting. It operates on 24 V AC/DC with a supply voltage range of 19.2-30 V DC and 21.6-26.4 V AC, drawing 18 mA. The module features screw terminals compatible with 0.22-1.5 mm² cables and meets EN/IEC 60947-1, EN/IEC 60947-5-1, EN/IEC 60947-5-4, EN/IEC 60947-5-5, JIS C 4520, UL 508, and CSA C22.2 No. 14 standards. It is UL listed and CSA certified, with IP20 protection, an operating temperature range of -25 to 70 °C, a 100,000-hour LED lifespan at 25 °C, and immunity to ESD (8 kV air, 6 kV contact), fast transients (2 kV), and electromagnetic fields (10 V/m). The module is rated for 250 V insulation, 4 kV impulse withstand, and 1 kV surge protection.
