Schneider Electric Safety Relays XPSMCMRO0004DAG

The XPSMCMRO0004DAG is a safety relay output module for Preventa Safety automation, designed for monitoring safety actuators via four volt-free NO relay contacts. It mounts on a 35 mm DIN rail, measures 22.5 mm wide, 99 mm high, and 114.5 mm deep, and connects via spring terminals supporting cable sizes from AWG 24 to AWG 14. The module operates on a 24 V DC supply with −20‥+20% tolerance, switches up to 400 V AC and 250 V DC at 6 A, and has a minimum switching current of 20 mA. It achieves SIL 3 per IEC 61508, PL e and Category 4 per ISO 13849-1, and SILCL 3 per IEC 62061. Integrated diagnostics include eight yellow LEDs for relay status and reset indications, along with power, run, and error LEDs. It meets IP20, has a 20-year service life, and carries CE, TÜV, RCM, and cULus certifications.
