Schneider Electric Safety Relays XPSMCMER0002G

The XPSMCMER0002G is a safety relay output expansion module with two relay outputs for monitoring safety actuators. It mounts on a 35 mm DIN rail and measures 22.5 mm wide, 99 mm high, and 114.5 mm deep. Operating on 24 V DC (±20%), it switches up to 400 V AC or 250 V DC at 6 A, with a minimum current of 20 mA and a 12 ms switching time. Each relay provides two NO and one NC contacts. It achieves Category 4 and PL e per ISO 13849-1, SIL 3 per IEC 61508, and SILCL 3 per IEC 62061. Status LEDs indicate power, run, internal and external errors, node address, and relay state. The module has IP20 protection, operates between -10 and 55 °C, and is rated for 20 million cycles with a 20-year service life.
