Schneider Electric Thermal Pre-Alarm Module Schneider Electric LUFW10

The LUFW10 is a thermal overload alarm function module for use with TeSys U contactors, designed for plug-in mounting on the front side. It features one normally open auxiliary contact rated for AC-15 at 230 V (400 VA) and DC-13 at 24 V (50 W), with an electrical service life of 100,000 cycles. The device includes a front-panel LED for fault signalling and a conventional free-air thermal current rating of 2 A at or below 70 °C. It requires a 2 A gG fuse conforming to IEC 60947-5-1 for short-circuit protection. Connections are made via screw clamp terminals accepting cables from 0.2 to 1.5 mm², with a connection pitch of 5.08 mm and a tightening torque of 0.5 to 0.6 N·m. The module weighs 0.055 kg and is compatible with LUCC, LUCD, and LUCB devices.
