SBG Systems SAS Miniature MEMS Inertial Navigation System with Integrated Dual-antenna GNSS Receiver Ellipse-D Dual INS GPS

Description
Ellipse-D is a compact Inertial Navigation System with integrated Dual-antenna GNSS receiver for accurate Heading. It provides Roll, Pitch, Heading, Heave, and Navigation data. Ellipse-D includes a MEMS-based Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) and runs an enhanced Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) which fuses inertial and GNSS data. Odometer and DGPS can be used as aiding inputs to further enhance the navigation solution. High Accuracy for Such a Small Sensor: 0.1° Roll and Pitch over 360° 0.2° Heading (Dual Antenna GNSS) 5 cm Real-time Heave, adjusted to the wave period 2 cm RTK GNSS Position (option) Key Features: Very Low Noise Gyroscopes Survey-Grade L1/L2 GNSS Receiver Differential Corrections (RTCM) Connection to Odometer 200 Hz Output Rate Post-processing capabilities Internal Survey-grade Dual-antenna GNSS Receiver for Accurate Position and Heading Ellipse-D has been designed to offer a compact and cost-effective solution when accurate heading is required. The dual antenna heading overcomes typical magnetic calibration issues and allows the Ellipse-D to be used in applications where the magnetic field is not reliable. This model is a little larger than the rest of the series because it integrates a Survey-grade L1/L2 GNSS receiver with two antennas for unmatched heading and position accuracy. APPLICATIONS Marine Providing accurate and robust magnetic-free heading solution as well as navigation and auto-adjusting heave in a compact IP 68 enclosure, the Ellipse-D is definitely the best miniature inertial sensor for Motion Monitoring, wave measurement, and onboard equipment (camera, antennas, etc.) stabilization and orientation. Land Ellipse-D delivers robust heading and survey-grade position accuracy thanks to L1/L2 GNSS receiver, odometer aiding, and anti-jamming filters. It ensures a robust trajectory during GPS outages and provides precise time-stamped data at 200 Hz for high demanding application such as Car Motion Monitoring, entry-level Mobile Mapping, etc. Aerospace Thanks to its very low noise gyroscopes, Ellipse-D is extremely powerful for its size. With an embedded Dual-antenna L1/L2 GNSS receiver and DGPS corrections reception, it is an affordable all-in-one solution for UAVs or flight analysis, and especially for payload stabilization and orientation. Calibrated from -40° to 75°C, the Ellipse-D is reliable in every condition, at every altitude. Development Kit SBG Systems has designed a powerful and easy-to-use Development Kit. In just a few seconds, you start evaluating and configuring your inertial sensor and integrate it in your system.
