Ekinox-U is an ITAR Free Underwater Inertial Navigation System. Designed for Subsea applications, Ekinox-U is operational up to 6,000 m. It combines an Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), runs an enhanced on-board Extended Kalman Filter (EKF), and can be connected to several aiding equipment for accurate and reliable navigation. High performance for a cost-effective solution: 0.05° Roll, Pitch, Heading (GPS) 5 cm Real-time Auto Adjusting Heave 2.5 cm Delayed Heave Up to 6,000 m Depth Rate 200 Hz Update Rate Real-time Data Fusion 8 GB Internal Data Logger Up to 4 connected aiding equipment: Navigation: RTK GPS/GNSS Heading: Dual Antenna GPS/GNSS, Magnetometer Velocity: DVL, Depth Sensor Easy to Set Up, Reliable for Years Without mounting orientation limitation, numerous serial & Ethernet ports, and an internal Web interface, Ekinox-U is easy to install, connect, and configure. Available in long-life titanium enclosure, this Subsea INS is operational up to 6,000 m. To ensure high data integrity in all conditions, every product is calibrated from -20 to 60°C, and is shipped with its own calibration report. This state-of-the-art INS integrates the latest MEMS sensors to offer robust and high accuracy underwater navigation solution in a compact and cost-effective package. The embedded Extended Kalman Filter fuses in real-time inertial data with aiding information (DVL, GPS, etc.) for ROV and AUVs reliable navigation. Surface By offering highly accurate position, orientation, and delayed heave on 4 monitoring points in a robust sealed enclosure, Ekinox-U perfectly fits Marine applications such as Hydrography or Offshore applications. This higly robust INS can be mounted under a boat or on surface if you need your motion sensor to be fixed permanently. Ekinox sensors are compatible with all hydrographic software (Hypack, QPS, Teledyne PDS, etc.). Complementary Equipment and Software Connection, Synchronization, and Positioning The SplitBox provides a simplified interface for easy connection and synchronization with external equipment such as odometer, differential corrections, computers, or survey instruments. The SplitBox with integrated GNSS receiver additionally delivers navigation data with a large choice of positioning services (Marinestar, TerraStar, etc.). Software Development Kit (SDK) The Software Development Kit (SDK) is a very quick and easy way to evaluate SBG Systems products, and to record and export data in various formats.
