The CT4022-H50BSN8 is a high-bandwidth, TMR-based current sensor in an SOIC-8 package with a ±50 A current sensing range and differential sensing for common-mode field rejection. It features a 1 mΩ primary conductor resistance for low power dissipation, operates from a 3.3 V or 5 V supply, and provides a ratiometric analog output with 26.4 mV/A sensitivity at 3.3 V and 40 mV/A at 5 V. The device supports an operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, offers galvanic isolation rated for 3500 V RMS withstand voltage and 280 V RMS reinforced working voltage per UL 62368-1 (edition 3), and includes high dV/dt immunity and surge tolerance. The SOIC-8 package has a footprint suitable for space-constrained applications and is RoHS compliant.
