The APS12626 is a 2D Hall-effect sensor IC with planar and vertical Hall elements, providing quadrature outputs for speed and direction detection in motor and encoder applications. It operates from 2.8 to 5.5 V, is qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 0 for junction temperatures up to 175°C, and features output short-circuit protection.
