The APS12626 is a 2D Hall-effect sensor IC with planar and vertical Hall elements, providing quadrature outputs for speed and direction sensing in motor and encoder applications. It operates from 2.8 to 5.5 V and is qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 0 for junction temperatures up to 175°C. The device is packaged in a 5-pin SOT23-W surface-mount package (designator LH) and features output short-circuit protection, ASIL A compliance when used as specified, and a power-on state option. It supports X-Y, Z-X, and Z-Y magnetic sensing axis configurations.
