The APS12626 is a 2D Hall-effect sensor IC with quadrature outputs, designed for speed and direction sensing in motor and encoder applications. It features planar and vertical Hall elements for orthogonal magnetic sensing, operates from 2.8 to 5.5 V, and is qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 0 for operation up to 175°C junction temperature. The device is housed in a 5-pin SOT23-W surface-mount package (LH) and includes output short-circuit protection and power-on state restoration. It is RoHS-compliant and suitable for automotive and industrial applications.
