The APS12626 is a 2D Hall-effect sensor IC with planar and vertical Hall elements for quadrature output, designed for speed and direction sensing in automotive and industrial applications. It operates from 2.8 to 5.5 V, is qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 0 for junction temperatures up to 175°C, and features output short-circuit protection. The device is housed in a 5-pin SOT23-W (LH) surface-mount package and supports XY, ZX, and ZY magnetic sensing axis configurations. It enables system state restoration after power cycling with the -P option and is RoHS-compliant with matte tin plating.
