The APS12626 is a 2D Hall-effect sensor IC with dual orthogonal Hall elements, optimized for ring magnet applications in automotive and industrial systems. It provides quadrature outputs (Channel A/B) and operates from a 2.8 to 5.5 V supply, with junction temperature capability up to 175°C and AEC-Q100 Grade 0 qualification. The device is packaged in a 5-pin SOT23-W (LH) surface-mount format and includes output short-circuit protection.
