The APS12626 is a 2D Hall-effect sensor IC with planar and vertical Hall elements for quadrature output, designed for motor and encoder applications. It operates from 2.8 to 5.5 V, is qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 0 for up to 175°C junction temperature, and features output short-circuit protection. The device is packaged in a 5-pin SOT23-W (LH) surface-mount format and supports XY, ZX, and ZY sensing axis options. It enables system state recovery after power cycling and is RoHS-compliant with lead-free plating.
