The APS12210LUAA is a three-wire, high-temperature precision Hall-effect latch designed for automotive applications, operating from 2.8 to 24 V and rated for junction temperatures up to 175°C. It features reverse-battery and 40 V load dump protection, output short-circuit and overvoltage protection, and ±12 kV HBM ESD immunity. The device is packaged in a 3-pin SIP (suffix UA) for through-hole mounting, with dimensions of 14.99 ±0.25 mm in length and 3.02 +0.08/-0.05 mm in width. It complies with AEC-Q100 qualification and meets ASIL A safety element out-of-context requirements per ISO 26262 when used as specified. Magnetic switch points are -80 G to 80 G.
