The APS12205LUAA is a high-temperature Hall-effect latch designed for low-voltage applications, operating from 2.8 to 5.5 V with a maximum junction temperature of 175°C and AEC-Q100 automotive qualification. It features dynamic offset cancellation, output short-circuit protection, and a solid-state open-drain output. The device is packaged in a 3-pin SIP (UA) through-hole format, with a pinout of VCC, VOUT, and GND. The magnetic switchpoints are symmetrical, with a bipolar operating range of −40 G to 40 G.
These high-temperature Hall-effect latches are optimized for low-voltage automotive applications, offering extended operating temperature range (up to 175°C) and robust performance.
