The APS12205ELHALX is a high-temperature Hall-effect latch for low-voltage applications, operating from 2.8 to 5.5 V and qualified to AEC-Q100 standards. It features a 3-pin SOT23W surface-mount package, supports junction temperatures up to 175°C, and includes dynamic offset cancellation, output short-circuit protection, and symmetrical switchpoints. The device activates with a south magnetic pole and deactivates with a north pole. Its ambient temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
These high-temperature Hall-effect latches are optimized for low-voltage automotive applications, offering extended operating temperature range (up to 175°C) and robust performance.
