The APS11450LLHALT-3SLC is a three-wire planar Hall-effect switch with ASIL B functional safety compliance per ISO 26262, designed for automotive safety systems. It features integrated background diagnostics, overvoltage and reverse-battery protection, and operates from 3 to 30 V with a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. The device is qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 0 and withstands ±8 kV HBM ESD. It has a low temperature coefficient of -0.12%/°C and a magnetic operate point of 280 G, with a 7-inch reel packaging option. The part uses a 3-pin SOT23-W surface-mount package.
