The APS11200 is a three-wire, planar Hall-effect switch designed for automotive safety systems requiring ASIL A compliance under ISO 26262. It operates from 2.8 to 24 V, withstands junction temperatures up to 175°C, and includes reverse-battery, load dump, and overvoltage protection with ±12 kV ESD(HBM) immunity. The APS11200LLHALT variant is packaged in a 3-pin SOT23W surface-mount format with specified switchpoints of 35 G operate and 25 G release, and operates within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. It features chopper stabilization, an open-drain output, and is RoHS compliant with matte-tin plating.
