The APS11000LUAA-0SH is a vertical Hall-effect switch in a 3-pin SIP through-hole package, designed for automotive applications with operating temperatures from -40°C to 165°C. It features reverse-battery and overvoltage protection, operates from 3.3 to 24 V, and has an open-drain output with active high polarity for B > BOP. The device is AEC-Q100 qualified and developed as an ASIL A safety element out-of-context (pending confirmation) per ISO 26262.
The APS11000/60 family offers robust Hall-effect switching for automotive and industrial applications, with integrated protection against reverse battery, load dump, and other harsh environmental conditions.
