The A4919GLPTR-3-T is a three-phase MOSFET driver designed for use with N-channel external power MOSFETs. It operates within a supply voltage range of 5.5 to 50 V and features a unique charge pump regulator that provides a gate drive voltage greater than 10 V at lower supply voltages down to 7 V. The device includes logic-level inputs for each of the six power MOSFETs in a three-phase bridge configuration, allowing for flexible motor control based on external commutation schemes. Key protective features include cross-conduction protection, motor phase short-to-supply and short-to-ground detection, as well as undervoltage and overtemperature monitoring.
