The A3942 is a quad high-side gate driver IC designed for automotive applications, capable of driving four N-channel MOSFETs with 100% duty cycle via an integrated charge pump. It features SPI control, fault diagnostics including short-to-ground, short-to-battery, and open-load detection, and a sleep mode for low power consumption. The device operates from 4.5 to 60 V and is housed in a 38-lead thin profile TSSOP package (LG suffix) with a maximum height of 1.20 mm and internally fused leads for improved thermal dissipation. It meets AEC-Q100 qualifications with a human body model ESD rating of 2500 V and a charged device model rating of 1050 V.
