The A1245 is a two-wire Hall-effect latch designed for cost-sensitive applications requiring diagnostics through continuous output current. It operates from 3.0 to 24 V and supports junction temperatures up to 175°C. The part is available in a 3-pin ultra-mini SIP package (suffix UA) measuring 1.5 × 4 × 3 mm, with reverse battery and supply transient protection integrated. The device features 4-phase chopper stabilization for low switch point drift across temperature. The A1245LUA-I2-T variant is listed in the selection guide with an operating ambient temperature range of -40 to 150°C and a supply current of 2 to 5 mA, but it has been discontinued and removed from the current selection guide. The series remains valid for other variants.
