The A1120EUA-T is a chopper-stabilized precision Hall-effect switch designed for automotive applications, featuring unipolar switching, output short-circuit protection, and operation from a 3 to 24 V unregulated supply with reverse-battery protection. It uses a three-lead SIP package (suffix UA) for through-hole mounting and is rated for ambient temperatures from -40°C to 85°C. The device incorporates a voltage regulator, Hall-voltage generator, amplifier, and open-drain output capable of sinking up to 25 mA. It is AEC-Q100 automotive qualified and includes on-chip chopper stabilization for temperature stability up to 150°C junction temperature. The UA package style is designated as not for new design, with the matrix HD style recommended instead.
