The insulator is made from black liquid crystal polymer, while the terminals are constructed from phosphor bronze with options for tin or gold plating over nickel. This connector has a current rating of 3.2 A per pin when one pin is powered per row and operates within a temperature range of -55¬8C to +105¬8C with tin plating, or -55¬8C to +125¬8C with gold plating. The voltage rating is 500 VAC when mated with SQW connectors and 450 VAC with SQT connectors. The product is RoHS compliant and supports lead-free soldering. It is compatible with various mating connectors including CLT, SQT, SQW, ESQT, TLE, SMM, and TCSD. The header is also available with optional features such as pick and place pads, alignment pins, and tape and reel packaging, making it versatile for different assembly processes.
