The Board-To-Board Connector, FLE Series, is a surface mount receptacle featuring 34 positions with a 1.27 mm pitch. It is constructed from black liquid crystal polymer for the insulator and phosphor bronze for the contacts, which are gold plated over 50 ¬µ" (1.27 ¬µm) nickel. This connector is RoHS compliant and supports a current rating of 2 A per pin when six adjacent pins are powered. The operating temperature range is from -55¬8C to +125¬8C, with a contact resistance of 15 mOc. The connector allows for an insertion depth ranging from 1.83 mm to 4.37 mm and has a normal force of 100 grams. It is designed for a minimum of 100 cycles and is lead-free solderable. The connector is compatible with various mating connectors, including FTSH, FTS, FW, FFMD, and FMTP. Additional options include alignment pins and pick & place pads, with tape and reel availability for efficient handling.
