The Board-To-Board Connector, FLE Series, is a surface mount receptacle featuring 34 positions with a 1.27 mm pitch. It is constructed from black liquid crystal polymer for the insulator and phosphor bronze for the contacts, which are gold plated over 50 µ" (1.27 µm) nickel. This connector is RoHS compliant and supports a current rating of 2 A per pin when six adjacent pins are powered. The operating temperature range is from -55°C to +125°C, with a contact resistance of 15 mΩ. The connector allows for an insertion depth ranging from 1.83 mm to 4.37 mm and has a normal force of 100 grams. It is designed for a minimum of 100 cycles and is lead-free solderable. The connector is compatible with various mating connectors, including FTSH, FTS, FW, FFMD, and FMTP. Additional options include alignment pins and pick & place pads, with tape and reel availability for efficient handling.
