h-old RX.50 is a single-coated adhesive tape made from a 125 micron Nomex¬Æ paper and glass filaments laminate, featuring a thermosetting rubber adhesive on one side. This product is specifically designed for high-temperature electrical applications, offering excellent mechanical properties and thermal resistance. It has a breakdown voltage of 2.50 kV and can withstand short-term temperatures up to 160 ¬8C. The tape exhibits a peel adhesion of 5.00 N/cm on steel and a tensile strength of 80.00 N/cm, with an elongation at break of 5%. It is suitable for phase insulation in electrical motors and generators, as well as for the outer wrapping and anchoring of dry-type and cast-resin transformers and coils. The product has a shelf life of 12 months and is available in a standard length of 50 m and width of 914 mm.
