h-old 9170 is a Non-woven tissue tape coated on both sides with a very aggressive synthetic rubber-resin adhesive system and protected by siliconized paper liner. Designed for general purpose bonding and mounting where high initial tack is required. Good adhesion to high and low surface energy substrates.
