CHR Tape SGC6 is a copper fiberglass fabric impregnated with Polytetrafluoroethyl
ene (PTFE) dispersion and coated with a high temperature, pressure sensitive silicone adhesive. SGC6 is a laminate construction offering an additional 0.001" (1 mil) of Chemlam® PTFE over the entire surface of the impregnated cloth, delivering a product with exceptional durability and longevity.
Applications:
Used by the packaging industry as a release surface on heat sealers, blister formation and form-fill-seal equipment
Ideal material for the lining of guide rails, chutes and slides
