The AmberLube™ product line is a serires of water-based, extreme pressure lubricants which do not contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs) or ozone depleting substances (ODs). The AmberLube series may be applied in the tube bending, swaging, stretch forming and skin forming of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, such as aluminum, titanium and stainless steel.
AmberLube products contain special anti-corrosive agents to protect from tools, dies, mandrels and bending tools from harmful oxidation. AmberLube's anti-wear lubricants reduce scratching, galling and metal-to-metal contact. The AmberLube series is approved for use under Boeing Commercial Airplane Specifications BAC 5001-3, 4 and 5.
