AmberLap™ S600 Abrasive Suspension Agent Specialty Fluids AmberLap™ S600 is a water dispersible, abrasive suspension agent designed for use in the free abrasive lapping of silicon wafers and other ceramic substrates. When used with an AmberCut slurry vehicle, it imparts excellent abrasive suspension for extended periods of time. Slurries that utilize AmberLap S600 exhibit low viscosities and superior shear stability which allows slurry reuse without the loss of abrasive suspension. Such slurries have shown the ability to dramatically reduce process cycle time while lowering scratch defect rates and improving yields. AmberLap S600 is completely water dispersible and rinsable and will not leave films or residues.
