AmberCut™ WS-236T is a ready-to-use, synthetic, wire slice vehicle specifically formulated for the free abrasive cutting of sapphire or other crystalline materials. It provides excellent cut rates and imparts outstanding surface finishes with reduced warp and TTV. AmberCut WS-236T offers superior abrasive suspension at loading rates up to 60%. Slurries blended with this vehicle have low dynamic viscosities and smooth flow properties. Additionally, AmberCut WS-236T slurries exhibit extended use life allowing the slicing of multiple ingots while maintaining performance properties. This unique formula is biodegradable, water rinsable and will not leave films or residues.
