CC 500 is a flexible control cable featuring 12 conductors of 1.5 mm² each, designed for various electrical applications. The conductors are made of bare copper strands, complying with IEC 60228 and VDE 0295 standards, and are insulated with PVC. The cable is marked with black conductors that have consecutive numbering, along with a green/yellow ground conductor. It has a small bending radius, making it suitable for tight spaces. The cable jacket is gray PVC, providing durability and resistance to environmental factors. It operates at a nominal voltage of 300/500 V and can withstand a testing voltage of 3000 V. The temperature range for static applications is -40 to +70°C, while it can flexibly operate between +5 to +70°C. The cable is flame retardant and self-extinguishing according to IEC standards, and it is also CE and RoHS compliant.
