RR2LAM4S is a rectifying diode designed for general rectification applications. It features a low forward voltage drop, with typical values ranging from 0.9V to 1.1V at a forward current of 2A. The diode can handle a non-repetitive forward surge current of up to 50A and has a repetitive peak reverse voltage rating of 400V. The junction temperature can operate between -55¬8C and +150¬8C, making it suitable for a wide range of environments.
