RB238NS-60FH is a Schottky Barrier Diode designed for automotive applications, featuring a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 60V and a continuous forward current rating of 40A. It is AEC-Q101 qualified, ensuring high reliability in automotive environments. The diode has a peak forward surge current capability of 100A and operates effectively at a junction temperature range of -55¬8C to 150¬8C. The forward voltage drop at 20A is typically 0.86V, with a reverse leakage current of 12OºA at 60V. The device is packaged in a TO-263S (D2PAK) format, suitable for surface mounting, and is supplied in embossed tape with a reel size of 330mm and a taping width of 24mm. The thermal resistance from junction to case is 0.86¬8C/W per diode, making it efficient for thermal management in power applications.
