BU90030G is a general-purpose charge pump regulator corresponding to NiMH battery two cells (Vcc=2.0V to 4.0V). It is possible to use white LED driver (Max. four LEDs) with the PWM dimming function. It is highly effective at a light load, and contributes to the miniaturization of external parts by the high-speed switching operation of 1.5MHz by the charge pump of the PFM control method.
