The BU4219G is a CMOS voltage detector IC from ROHM Semiconductor, designed for high accuracy and low current consumption. It features an adjustable output delay time, which can be controlled by an external capacitor. The device operates with a detection voltage of 1.9V, with a high accuracy of ¬±1.0%. It consumes a typical current of only 0.55¬µA and operates within a wide temperature range of -40¬8C to +125¬8C. The BU4219G is available in a compact SSOP5 package measuring 2.90mm x 2.80mm x 1.25mm, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. This voltage detector is ideal for circuits that require a reset function, particularly in microcontroller or logic circuit applications.
ROHM's low voltage CMOS reset ICs utilize CMOS processes for high precision and low current consumption. In addition, a delay circuit is built in, enabling arbitrary setting of the delay time via external capacitor. The extensive lineup includes both Nch Open Drain and CMOS output types in a wide range of detection voltages (from 0.9V to 4.8V, in 0.1V steps), enabling selection of the ideal solution based on customer requirements. Tthe entire series is of course both lead-free and RoHS-compliant.
