The BU4209G is a CMOS voltage detector IC from ROHM Semiconductor, designed for high accuracy and low current consumption. It features an adjustable detection voltage of 0.9V, with a tolerance of ¬±1.0%, making it suitable for applications requiring precise voltage monitoring. The device includes a built-in delay circuit, allowing the delay time to be set externally using a capacitor. It operates within a wide temperature range of -40¬8C to +125¬8C and consumes a typical current of only 0.55¬µA. The BU4209G is available in a compact SSOP5 package, measuring 2.90mm x 2.80mm x 1.25mm, and is ideal for circuits involving microcontrollers or logic circuits that require reset functionality.
ROHM's low voltage CMOS reset ICs utilize CMOS processes for high precision and low current consumption. In addition, a delay circuit is built in, enabling arbitrary setting of the delay time via external capacitor. The extensive lineup includes both Nch Open Drain and CMOS output types in a wide range of detection voltages (from 0.9V to 4.8V, in 0.1V steps), enabling selection of the ideal solution based on customer requirements. The entire series is of course both lead-free and RoHS-compliant.
