BD9S100NUX-CE2 is a synchronous buck DC/DC converter designed for automotive applications, capable of delivering up to 1 A of output current. The device includes built-in low on-resistance power MOSFETs, with typical high-side and low-side FET on-resistances of 270 mOc and 180 mOc, respectively.
