This sound processor IC was designed to adjust the volume (independent L/R channels) and sound quality (i.e. bass, treble) in flat panel TVs. In addition to providing superior noise and distortion characteristics, the BD3869AF features low power consumption in a compact package. 3 different addresses (via I2C bus) can be configured (6ch max. electronic volume) for simultaneous playback.
