The BD3010AFV-M is a 5 V LDO system regulator particularly developed for automotive applications. The output current of the regulator can be drown up to 200mA, and it has built-in reset with WDT. The WDT can be switched on and off using the INH pin input logic. The WDT function is wake-up by output current of regulator. The reset detection voltage can be changed by connecting a resistor to the RADJ pin. In addition, BD3010AFV-M has built-in output voltage clamp circuit.
