ROHM's 1A variable secondary LDO regulators for local power supplies allow arbitrary setting of the output voltage(1.5V-12V variable) via external resistance and feature low saturation along with ±2% voltage accuracy. We prepared surface mount type(TO252) and leaded type(TO220FP/CP). Optimized for TVs, HDDs, PCs, DVD players, and the like. In addition, multiple protection circuits are integrated (i.e. overcurrent, thermal shutdown), providing a high level of reliability.
