The SN74ALS373ADBLE is an octal transparent D-type latch with 3-state outputs, designed for driving high-capacitance or low-impedance loads. It features eight latches in a single package, allowing for full parallel access for loading. The latch-enable (LE) input allows the Q outputs to follow the data (D) inputs while LE is high, and when LE is low, the outputs are latched at the logic levels present at the D inputs. A buffered output-enable (OE) input can place the outputs in a high-impedance state, enabling the device to drive bus lines without significant loading. The device operates within a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V and supports a temperature range of 0¬8C to 70¬8C. It is suitable for applications such as buffer registers, I/O ports, and bidirectional bus drivers. The product is available in various package types, including PDIP and SOIC.
