The MPIC2112P is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver in a 14-lead PDIP package, designed to drive both high and low side N-channel devices with independent output channels operating up to 600 V. It features matched propagation delays of 30 ns, input compatibility with CMOS/LSTTL, undervoltage lockout for both channels, and a gate drive supply range of 10 to 20 V. The device supports bootstrap operation and offers pull-down terminated CMOS Schmitt-triggered inputs. The maximum output current is 200 mA sourcing and 400 mA sinking. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C, and it meets RoHS compliance.
