The MJF122 is an NPN silicon power Darlington transistor designed for general-purpose amplification and switching applications with an electrically isolated mounting surface. It is housed in a TO-220-3 package with dimensions of 15.67-16.12 mm in length, 9.96-10.63 mm in width, and 12.78-13.73 mm in lead spacing. The device has a continuous collector current rating of 5 A and a collector-emitter voltage rating of 100 Vdc. It features a minimum DC current gain of 2000 at 3 A collector current and is UL recognized for 3500 V RMS isolation.
