The MC100LVEL90DW is a triple ECL to LVPECL translator designed for converting differential ECL signals of either -3.3 V or -5 V to +3.3 V differential LVPECL outputs. It operates with three power rails: VCC for the positive supply, VEE for the negative supply, and GND for the ground plane. The device features a propagation delay of 500 ps and includes internal input pulldown resistors, ensuring stable operation with open inputs by defaulting the Q output to LOW. The operating voltage range for VCC is 3.0 V to 3.8 V, while VEE can range from -3.0 V to -5.5 V. The MC100LVEL90DW is equipped with ESD protection exceeding 2 kV HBM and 200 V MM, and it meets JEDEC specifications for latchup testing. It is moisture sensitivity level 3 and is compliant with RoHS standards, being both Pb-Free and Halogen Free. The device is housed in a 20-lead SOIC package and is suitable for applications requiring reliable level shifting between ECL and LVPECL logic families.
