The MAX9601EUP is a dual-channel ultra-high-speed comparator designed for ECL and PECL applications, featuring a low propagation delay of 500 ps and minimal propagation delay skew of 10 ps. It operates within a common-mode input range from (VEE + 3V) to (VCC - 2V) and supports input voltage ranges of -2.2V to +3V with +5V/-5.2V supplies, and -1.2V to +4V with +6V/-4.2V supplies. The outputs are complementary digital signals capable of directly driving 50,Ѷ transmission lines. The device includes latch enable functionality and adjustable hysteresis, making it suitable for applications requiring precise timing and signal integrity, such as high-speed instrumentation and logic analyzers. The MAX9601EUP is housed in a 20-pin TSSOP package and is rated for operation over a temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C.
