The MAX364ESE is a precision quad single-pole single-throw (SPST) analog switch designed for applications requiring low on-resistance and minimal leakage. It features a typical on-resistance of less than 45,Ѷ and a maximum of 85,Ѷ, with guaranteed matching of less than 2,Ѷ between channels. The device operates over a wide supply range, supporting single-supply operation from +10V to +30V and bipolar-supply operation from ¬±4.5V to ¬±20V. It is compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels and can handle rail-to-rail analog signals.
