Rochester Electronics PMIC - Supervisors MAX16014TT+

The MAX16014TT+ is an ultra-small overvoltage protection circuit designed for high-voltage and high-transient applications, operating within a supply voltage range of 5.5V to 72V. It features a fast propagation delay of up to 2Oºs and includes an internal undervoltage lockout mechanism. This device is capable of driving two p-channel MOSFETs to prevent reverse-battery and overvoltage conditions, with one MOSFET eliminating the need for external diodes, thereby minimizing input voltage drop. The MAX16014TT+ latches off the second MOSFET after an overvoltage condition until the input power is cycled. It operates effectively across a wide temperature range of -40¬8C to +125¬8C and is packaged in a compact 6-pin TDFN format, making it suitable for applications in industrial, telecom, and multicell battery-powered equipment.
